Three areas affect laser power(over burn area, no-defect area, hanging slag area)
1. Overburn zone: When the laser power is too large, the heat input is too large, so that the melting range of the workpiece is greater than the range that the high-pressure airflow can remove, and the molten metal can not be blown away by the airflow to cause overheating.
2. No defect zone: that is, the laser power is in the appropriate range. At this time, the cutting effect is good, and it is called a no-defect zone.
3. Hanging slag area: When the laser power is too small and the heat is insufficient, the lower the temperature of the molten product near the lower edge, and the greater the viscosity, it can not be blown away by the high-pressure air flow and can not be stuck on the lower edge of the cutting surface to produce hanging slag. Can not cut into incisions in severe cases.
